Chrysalis ( September 6, 2011 )

We found a treasure in the garden! It's a beautiful chrysalis on the coreopsis leaf. Would you please tell me whose chrysalis is this?

    The chrysalis may be a variegated fritillary.One of the host plants for the larva is the passion flower which grows on the garden trellises at McGrath. ( by Sunflower )
